Hey! So this weekend was a cooking session with my host mom. Cooking in Sweden is kinda big so she decided I had to see how it goes! We baked Lussebullar last month, and now it’s the most important cake, called Pepparkaka (pepparkakor is the plural). It take like 10 minutes to get the dough, one night for it to rest in the fridge, and a whole day to get those little flat and tasty cakes. We bake them per hundreds here! We don’t have those cakes so much in France, I got to know them in England, but Speculoos is practically the same, but it’s a thicker version. I’ll take more pictures tomorrow! Hej då!
